Rick & Bonnie Swanton

Rick and Bonnie Swanton began attending C3 Calgary about 4 years ago. After about a year they were asked to help out with Communion which is celebrated once a month at the church.

They decided to take this opportunity to get involved hoping it would be a good way for them to get to know more people. Bonnie says that is exactly what happened. By serving in this area she says they have had the benefit of connecting with more people and building relationships.

From this gentle introduction to serving at the church, Rick and Bonnie have gone on to add other areas where they are now serving, including the Live out Loud program which is a particular passion of theirs. Bonnie says that at times their roles have taken them out of their comfort zone and been a little nerve-wracking but she is pleased that she can see they have grown and become more connected by overcoming their discomfort.

Jerol Moignard

Jerol Moignard has been at the church for 5 years and over those years has volunteered in a number of positions. Recently Jerol’s passion for books and resources led her to take on the role of Coordinator for our church’s bookstore and library. She loves the way resources such as books, music or videos can help people grow both in their journey of faith and relationship with God.
