ALLERGIES AND HEALTH

HEALTH POLICY | Help stop the spread of viruses this cold and flu season by washing your hands thoroughly or using the hand sanitizer provided throughout the building.
Children should not be signed into a classroom if they have displayed flu-like symptoms in the past 24 hours.

ALLERGY PLAN | If your child has an allergy, please fill out the Allergy Action Plan form located at the Guest Sign-In Desk.  Our administrators will put this information on your child’s nametag and into our guests profile.

Infants can be fed by their parents in the Parent Room separate from the other children.  Occasionally bottles will be allowed.  The child’s hands/mouth must be washed afterwards.  All other classrooms do not allow food that is not provided by C3.

PLAN TO PROTECT

At C3, we believe it is vital to protect the vulnerable people of our church from the many forms of abuse prevalent in our society today.  We have mandatory paperwork that must be submitted for those serving in the following areas:

- Children
- Youth
- Staff

The Required Volunteer Paperwork includes:
Personal Interview
Application to Serve
References
Police Check (18 yrs. and up)
Annual Training

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

REGISTRATION | Please ensure that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the service to register and sign in your child at our Kidz Conxion Sign-In Desk. We require some important, basic information from you before you can leave your child with us for Kidz Conxion.

PICKING UP YOUR CHILD | To ensure the safety of your child, you will need to sign them out at your child’s classroom.  At the classroom, the leader will verify that you are authorized to pick up.  You will be expected to provide our leaders with the corresponding pick up tag that matches your child. This is an important part of our Kidz Conxion security procedure.
