Meet Lorne & Kelly

Kelly and I moved our family from a small town in Saskatchewan in August 1995 by invitation of Pastor Fenn of Downtown Full Gospel Church. We were given the mandate to plant and establish a church on Calgary’s west side. That was 16 yrs ago. We had our first service Oct. 5, 1995. We weren’t too sure what to do but we did what we knew. These have been the best years of our lives. It has been such an amazing adventure meeting the most incredible people along the way. We love our children Chad/Kelly, Amy, Brittany and our Grandchildren Myca and Maliyah . We love our city, the presence of God, the word of God and we love the house of God.

Our future is bright with the promises of God. Our desire is to communicate life changing truths in a context of acceptance and love. In big groups and small groups. We see the church as a family. No family is perfect but they give us roots and wings; a place where we feel we belong and feel the encouragement, support and strength to take on the world we have been given dominion over.

C3 Calgary is full of fun loving, ordinary, interesting people from all ages, size, shape who gather regularly to remind ourselves that GOD is good and life is worth living well. We are a multi-generational, spirit filled, outward focused, rowdy bunch. Yes, we love being together and we are as happy as we look. The best is yet to come.
